Outstanding service from Open Water Septic!

We had a septic backup emergency on a Saturday night, and Open Water Septic came through when we needed them most. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and immediately got to work diagnosing and fixing the problem.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled efficiently and with great customer service from start to finish.

Best of all, the price was very reasonable, especially for an after-hours emergency call. It's hard to find companies these days that are responsive, honest, and fairly priced, but Open Water Septic exceeded our expectations.

We had a great experience with Open Water Septic tonight. Around 5:30 PM, my husband and I realized we had sewage backing up into our house and were panicking. We called, and Mike was at our house within 45 minutes. He immediately got to work pumping the septic and took the time to explain that there was also a clog causing the issue.

Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind during a really stressful situation. He got everything taken care of quickly, and to top it off, he even let my son start up his truck at the end, which absolutely made his night.

We have been having an issue with our septic tank backing up, off and on, for the past 5 years. The last company we used was out here twice and only serviced the tank but never identified the issue.  Open Water Septic Service was able to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of our issue and correct the problem.  Alec was very professional, patient and did not give up until he found the problem.  We are very pleased and would highly recommend them for any and all of your septic tank issues.
